| Manhattan Mortgage Corporation was founded by
Michael Jordan (not thee Michael Jordan) in 1998.
The first office was located on Manhattan Avenue in
Tampa, Florida. Being a long time resident of New York,
it just seemed right to call the company Manhattan
Mortgage. Because of Michael's diligent work ethic and
his desire to provide first-class service to his
clients, the company quickly grew. Soon, loan
officers from all over the state were interested in
working for a company that had such a great reputation.
Over the next several years, Manhattan Mortgage
Corporation spread across Florida. It's now 15
branches, are located from Key West to Ocala. The
corporate headquarters have since relocated from Tampa
to Brandon.
Manhattan Mortgage grew in the financial world too.
By quickly obtaining a Lender license (only issued to
companies with qualifying financial status) has given
the company that extra edge against the competition.
After a couple of years of successfully providing
deserving hard-working people with mortgages, it was
apparent that there was a need for real estate services
too.
Kings Realty & Property Management was opened in
2000. Teaming it up with Manhattan Mortgage Corporation
has allowed us to provide top-of-the-line service to
clients. Currently 8 of our Manhattan Mortgage
Corporation branches are also Kings Realty branches. |
